The Bargaining Council for the Food, Retail, Restaurant, Catering & Allied Trades is a statutory body established to promote sound labour relations in our industry.

We are registered with the Department of Employment and Labour and accredited by the CCMA to conduct arbitrations and conciliations. 

Our mission is to foster a balanced relationship between labour and business - fairly, objectively and with integrity.
